Lately at night I feel that my right ear sounds something like it is covered and today I woke up with a lot of itchiness and I do not like how I continue I will have to go to the ENT on Monday to see what happens with my ear ..

It can be some infection . Get it checked at the earliest.

Maybe you get an infection inside your ear. If possible visit your ENT doctor , he helps you.
