Yes I had a nasty cataract removed today. My vision is still very blurred and I am surprised I can still type. My upper eyelid is swollen but no pain at all, thank God. But enough typing for now. See mylotters soon enough as I am always correcting what I am typing.

Congratulations for having your cataract surgery, Frankie. I may need it down the road, too. All I know is that is takes a bit to get back to normal. Hope you are doing much better now.

Thanks for your nice words. My vision is slightly getting better day by day. I just hope that my corneal oedema post op is decreasing.

Thanks for your comment. My vision is very good for far vision but slightly blurred for near vision. That is normal as it depends on the implanted lens and the eye itself. I still will have to wear glasses but at least not as thick and strong as the ones I have now. Now all I have to do is wait patiently for my right eye cataract removal which is delayed of course due to covid... But all in all I am very happy and I can see clearly now....

they say it can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days before complete vision is restored. Everybody is different and does it at their own rhythm. Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment.

actually nothing to worry about as it can take up to one week before complete clear vision comes back. Yes I will surely take care of my eyes... Thanks for reading and commenting...
