Do you know jicama or Mexican turnip?
I really liked this,i used to eat with native vinegar and salt.It is popular in Philippines as well.Here are the health benefits;
Jicama contains many important vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, folate, potassium and magnesium. It's low in calories and high in fiber and water. It also contains antioxidants, including vitamins C and E and beta-carotene.
May i know who tasted this turnip here?
How do you like it?

It is called "bengkuang" in Indonesia. We often eat it raw as make "lotis/rujak" from it
