Hello, all ! Walked to the bank today to deposit a check. I walked back to the bus stop by the shopping center kitty-corner from the one the bank is in, but the bus I would have taken had just left, and I would have had to wait another half an hour for it to come back, so I just walked back to the main road and went back home the way I came. Part of the reason that I came home later than I would have is that on the way to the bank I passed the parsonage (where the pastor of my church lives) and saw that they were having a garage sale. On the way back, I stopped to say hello--and wound up chatting a while and having lunch there. Their garage sale was supposed to run until two, and toward the end the pastor said if I would like anything, I could take it. I don't know how we got on the subject of internet sales, but the pastor's wife started going through and saying, "Do you think you could sell this?" "How about this?" LOL--she wound up driving me home with a trunk full of stuff. I will keep a few things--but most of what's in these bags will go on eBay or Poshmark or somewhere. A few of the things I thought I'd use to decorate my new place, whenever I go wherever that will be. When I had put everything inside, I walked Angel, and came home and took a shower, as I was pretty sweaty from all the walking. Currently I have 12,696 steps.
