How to wistle

I am really bad at whistle. I mean i can whistle, but it is just like breeze, not a storm. Only people in 1 meter from are able to hear it
Whistling needs sone effort and training.
Btw i still wonder, Sandy, in Spongebob Squarpants can wistle while her head is in glass helmet

It takes some prcactice. Some people can't whistle at all though.
