How to convert Runtopia steps to Amazon gift cards or paypal credits?

Its mentioned in google that Runtopia steps can be converted to PayPal credits. But I don't see any such option on the app. Does it work in other countries?

I haven't use runtopia but have you heard of Whealthy app. I'm using it everyday. It helps me get motivated in exercising.
