Back from the gym

Well the walk to Pilates class felt real good to exercise and to have a good workout. We've had an almost full class this afternoon and no Michelle. Though the weather changed and did go gray, it didn't rain as predicted. So I've lucked out walking under cloudy skies on the way back home from the gym this hour.
Here's what we've done this afternoon in no particular order:
1 100 Cycle and 1 Swimming Cycle and 3 Fly Poses
2 Arm-Leg Poses (1x/side) and 8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches
6 Double Leg Circles and 3 Saw Poses and 3 Child's Poses
6 Single Straight Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 4 Knee Pull-Ups (2x/side)
4 Side Planks (2x/side) and 2 Planks (1 Bent Elbow, 1 Straight Arm)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Sidekick Series with 2 Mermaids Stretches (1x/side)
That's about it for tonight for a good workout. I'll be back tomorrow to check in with posts and notifications.
