One of the really great places in the US is Yellowstone NP, mostly in northwest Wyoming. There are geysers, bisons, thermal pools, camping places, bears and all kinds of sights. Old Faithful which used to display about every hour, but after an earthquake, but now it is nor very 'faithful.' However, the people near Old Faithful can estimate the next display pretty accurately.

I've never been there. I would love to go. I hope that Yellowstone never has the predicted big eruption!

We went as a family growing up but I don't remember. Maybe I can go back again.
