NIce to know that you had a great time with the barbecued clams ! In India clams are not that popular ! May be they are so in the coastal areas but on mainland people are not very muc fond of them!

I love clams. I open them and add a bit of butter and a tiny bit of cheese and to the oven. YUMMY!

Oh, I love clams!!!! I usually have them on pizza, in pasta, raw on the half shell with cocktail sauce, fried, or in New England clam chowder. Heaven!!!!

We call them here as green shells. We stew them by adding lemon grass, crashed ginger, sliced pieces of papaya, cut red tomatoes, moringa and salt to taste.
