Coconut Water

Since my dad has Diabetes, we always make it a point to buy coconut water every single day. My mom bought 2 liters this morning. Coconut water has antioxidant properties, may help people with Diabetes, support heart health, and so on. I am drinking one right now while watching Mortal Kombat on Netflix. It’s so refreshing!

@freelancermariagrace oh l am way much better than the previous days. l do hope they would reopen soon. But they way they close is that they will close down permanently.

I love coconut water very much.

I certainly do but have not had some in a long time. I did not know it was good for diabetes I will tell my sister who also has it.
