Back from the gym

The weather was refreshing and fall-like to walk to the gym and back home. We've had an almost full class, though no Michelle today. And I've found out my Pilates instructor's brother passed away over the weekend. Instead of canceling or having a sub, one of our fellow classmates who subbed to Julie in the past earlier this year, took over. We all signed a card too.
Here's what we've done this afternoon in no particular order:
2 100 Cycle and 1 Swimming Cycle and 8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches and 4 Shoulder Bridges
6 Double Leg Circles and 6 Saw Poses (3 high, 3 low) and 1 Child's Pose
6 Single Straight Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 4 Knee Pull-Ups (2x/side)
2 Planks (1 Bent Elbow, 1 Straight Arm) and 6 Flutter Kicks (3x/side)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Sidekick Series with 2 Mermaids Stretches (1x/side), 6 High and Low Clamshell Series (3x/side), 6 Low Scissor Kicks and Reverse Scissor kicks (3x/side), 6 Double Leg Circles (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Lifts (3x/side)
6 Scissor Kicks (3x/side), 4 Swan Neck Rolls, 1 Down Dog and 1 Pilates Stance
