Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed bell peppers is a great quick meal whether you are vegetarian or a meat lover it can be tweaked to your taste i usually put brown rice beans onions mushrooms tomatoes cheese and bread crumbs in mine.
Do you like stuffed bell peppers what do you fill yours with.

no bell peppers re regular red green and yellow peppers i use them all variety is the spice of life.

for clarification you are right smaller peppers are spicy such as jalapeno scotch bonnet chili peppers in general I don't use those my brother is Nigerian so they love hot and spicy.

We love them. We have them as a side dish with our rice or chappatis. I am a vegetarian and I fill them with spicy boiled potatoes and other finely chopped veggies. We also make one with cottage cheeses( paneer).

I love stuffed bell peppers and would love to have your recipe if we are able to share that. (I am new on here) I make mine with ground turkey instead of ground beef and I have used white rice; although, next time I plan to try it with brown rice.

I do mine with the veggie meat crumbles onions mushrooms brown rice the minute one tomato sauce curry powder herbal seasoning chhese and bread crumbs over top.
