Let’s celebrate with another song from my list of songs with “baby” in the title! Back in Baby’s Arms - Patsy Cline All you poor country music haters just knew your luck would run out eventually, right..... But, hey, it’s Patsy Cline! Even people who swear they loathe anything remotely associated with country music like Patsy. Apparently this song was used in Natural Born Killers. I never saw it, so I’ll take their word for it. Back in “those days,” people would record whenever they were in town (union rules said a session was four songs or three hours). When they had enough “hits” they’d record “filler” material (usually cover versions of songs that were hits at the time) for an album. This song never got released in Patsy’s lifetime. It first saw the light of day on the 1963 memorial album The Patsy Cline Story. It’s been in movies and commercials (Mazda used the song for an ad) since.
