Hey there, everyone. It's just after 3pm in my neck of the woods, and I'll be starting on my work shortly. I just wanted to pop in here for a quick post. I was pretty busy over the weekend. It consisted of outings, sleeping and movies. I was barely online, especially on social media, but that's fine. I think I needed that break. My plans for this week have been to catch up on my writing. I don't have a big payment coming in from Fiverr this week (but I should have a higher amount next week), so I'll need to fill in the gaps with Textbroker. Luckily, there's plenty of work to choose from over on TB. I made a few online purchases recently. Once I was finished paying off my Vans (shoes) via Klarna last week, so I ordered my NKOTB hoodie using Klarna (credit/payment plan). It's only $12 per payment for this one (four payment installments; once every two weeks). It's a handmade one on Etsy, and I've been eyeing it up for a while. It has "NKOTB" on the front with a rose-colored glitter heart, and on the back is a collage of 20 of their song titles in different fonts (including my favorite, "Block Party"). The hoodie itself is black. I just checked the tracking, and it should be here tomorrow. The second purchase was my Mom's birthday gift. She loves the Baltimore Ravens (NFL football team; our home team). The NFL Store had a pretty good sale for personalized T-shirts, including free shipping. The front of the shirt has the Baltimore Ravens logo, and the back has my Mom's first name and "50" for her birth year. It came out to $30 and some change, which I think is a great deal for a personalized T-shirt from the official NFL Store. It should be ready to go by Oct. 15th, and then it'll take 3-7 days to get here I think? Or 5-7 days. I don't remember. But then I'll have to wait until Nov. 9th to give it to her.
