Sun Peeking Through the Trees

While visiting the local park the other day I snapped a few tree photos.
There are so many huge trees there. A few people were having a picnic.
A great place to spend the day for sure.
The sun was peeking through the limbs of this huge oak tree.
A beautiful day and soon another visit will happen.
Enjoying the little things in life.

@CarolDM squirrels?? did'ja gimme some? jest kiddin', such's 'llegal 'n most 'nkind. ne'er could talk the hubs 'nto plantin' oak trees here. they're so stately lookin' 'n a great place fer wildlife. this time 'f year i miss the hills 's i'm sure they'll be turnin' here soon if'n not 'lready. 's there waterfalls'n this park? i 'twas goin' through pics 'f back home, jest droolin' o'er such beauty. tryin' to recall the sounds 'n smells 'f woodlands 'n autumn there. i reckon 'tis jest been too long 's my memory 'f such's faded greatly.

@crazyhorseladycx Yes, they were all over the ground and trees. Having a good time. No waterfalls in this one. It is not a huge park but it was also under renovation. This is where the owl is kept I talk about.

That's a pretty oak tree. And you captured the sun perfectly behind that tree! It also looks like a good climbing tree!

That sounds like such a lovely time. I wish there were parks near me that had these kinds of trees. These are perfect shade trees to sit under and do something writing.
