Breathe: Inhale & Exhale

I heard that we need to inhale and exhale enough air to fill a bedroom every night. It will be nice if we open the window to invite the fresh air at night. Personally, I tend to open the window at night. Not only to sleep like a baby but to feel the cold breeze. How much air do you need to breathe every day? Image Credit: i.pinimg.com

If we use a respiratory device, we can determine it.

@sophie09 They are in the hospital. Or, medical supply shops. In fact, we can measure it by counting the inhalation and exhalation per minute. The normal range is 12 to 16 breaths per minute.

Breathing was one of the only thing l have control with when l was in the hospital. Now l have deep appreciation to it were before l took them for granted. But now l realize how important this is to our body. Any way l guess in your place it is alright to open it since it os constantly cool there in your place but if you happen to live down here in Manila it is not advisable to have it opened since temperatures can dip low at night and slowly go high in the morning. You’ll either get colds if you let you windows open at night because of that.

@Shavkat Oh l think it is not advisable for you to come here with the pandemic going on. Better stay there and enjoy the place you have there. l really enjoy the cool temperature there although there are days that are hot in the morning but its way better there than here in Manila.

I agree. I had worked in Manila a few years back. I must say that I am melting going to work and back home at the apartment before. But still, I enjoyed working there. Before the pandemic, I was planning to work again with an international NGO. Now, I need to put the plan on hold.

This is why I sometimes I would put a plant inside the room. But since there's a garden in the backyard, it's easy for to breathe air.

Last week, my mom put some plants inside the house. It is a good way to breathe oxygen and plants will absorb CO2.

you are fortunate because you live in the city of pines. It is my dream to live in a place with a lot of trees.

I guess I need to thank my parents who fell in love with the city. You are right. I am quite lucky to be living here.

The good thing my apartment is on the second floor. Besides that, my lady guard-dog is outside and ready to bite who will attempt to enter the house.

Since there's no way to measure our intake or outake I don't know if that is true and not concerned about how much it how well I breathe since I'm in fairly decent health.

You can measure it by counting the respiratory rare per minute. For an adult, the normal range from 12 to 16 breaths per minute.
