Why Boss is always Right?

i have been working for one of the best company from since 5 years. i am so dedicated with my work and work very hard to achieve my target which was given my boss. my boss never happy always have more and more expectation. i felt sometime very bad that never support me for anything always supports those people who are more into gossips and don't do work at all.
whenever he was wrong on some ongoing project, try to suggest him but his answer was you are not my boss to tell which is wrong or right & say whatever say just follow it.
my friends say Boss is always right just we need to follow it, sometime i felt that if i agree with boss thing which i feel that is wrong later he blame for the things.
we compromise things for the Job, Is this right what we are doing.

It depends on the circumstances. But, no. Your boss, just like you, is human. He too, will make mistakes. Quite often, those in charge, hate to be told they're wrong. Read each situation carefully if possible and use your judgment on weather or not you go with the flow, orwhatever it is you decide to do. If things become too toxic, find another job if possible. I know in times like this, that's not an option or always easy, but there's a lot to be said about health and knowing when to put yourself first.

First set things right. Know your job description for you are paid for that job. Don't spoil your boss for he is not paying unless he owns the company that you are working with.

it has become commonplace .. the boss is always right. just follow the rules in which we work
