I need to shine, but I can't stop turning off.

Tired as quiet music played by a widow who has just lost her husband.
Even when I want to eat something to stay alive, I make an effort to do so, my mother always calls to be reassured and says that I have to take medicine to open my appetite, she does not know that I am full of depression, I have no space for anything else at all. Often all I desire is to sleep and not wake up the next day, I am living my best moments there ... In the world of dreams, I can no longer live in this cruel world.
I was completely sidelined ... Then I gathered myself off the ground and installed myself, but in the wrong way.

I am so sorry to hear that you deal with depression, or sadness. We all experience such thing once in our lives. I wish I could make some magic so all those thoughts just were erased from your mind. Is there any friend who you can talk to about all this? What you need now is company, true people who can guide you through this. Last year I suffered depression, and it felt so wrong. I felt like I wanted to die. I was totally blind. My life, your life are WORTH IT! You are a precious being of this world, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful, that you are unique, that there's no other like you. You deserve to be loved, taken care of, and more. From the distance, I just hope God in heaven lights up your path so you can see clearer.

At times, we have to give ourselves time in our life. We might not be coming to terms with certain things in our lives, could be our difficulties or our failures or something else.
Yet believe me, at times, we perhaps just need to bide our time and wait.
It can be painful, but stressing ourselves unnecessary does not helps.
So just chill. Have your favorite Tea/coffee/snack.
Read a book or watch some TV show and try to make the best of the times. Have a happy Saturday ahead.
