A Lot of Cooking.

I plan to do a lot of cooking and baking today. Firstly, I want to bake a lasagna. I do not usually do lasagna. I cooked a lot spaghetti or chicken alfredo and carbonara but not lasagna. So lasagna so more special. I have to search more on what to do. I want to bake some muffins too. And later I will be roasting chicken but no lemon and onions, just fish brine. I'm hoping my oven can cope up with this. If this will be done today, I will surely not be cooking for tomorrow and Monday.

No celebration at all. The box of lasagna has been sitting in the pantry for quite a while now. So too make it different than always spaghetti or chicken alfredo, lasagna will be a welcome change. It will be a half day cooking only. The hardest to do it's the preparation. Once they are in oven they are good

I have baking breads on plan for this weekend. Have sandwiches and toast omelette on my breakfast menu for two days next week. I will bake two loafs of bread tomorrow.
