Back on My Medication

A lot of you asked if the doctor okayed it... I have asked this in the past and they have always said to try it to see what kind of numbers you get. My husband's doctor said the same thing. I just don't like how I'm feeling so I'm not going for the week long trial. On the other hand my allergies could be acting up. Anxiety doesn't help either. Put them all together and the numbers start changing. I think the best thing to do is just stay on them permanently. Hopefully even if I don't need them, what harm could they do.
On another note... picked up my book from the library and I'm leaving my world behind for one in South Carolina lol... with the ghosts that I mentioned in earlier posts. The latest book has a haunted dollhouse in the story line. Doesn't get much better than that!!
Slept like a log last night too. Drinking plenty of water and have already taken my first 15 minute walk. Another one is planned after lunch as long as the skies don't open and dump more water on us!

I think that I'm on the 3rd book in the series and I'm almost half way through. This doll house is not to be messed with lol!

If the medication does good to you, I say take them until you don't need them.
