Back from Pilates at the gym

This afternoon was so beautiful to walk to the gym and see the autumn foliage on the trees. We had a full class today with no Michele and my Pilates instructor was back to teach our class. After a few months off with no props, we had red and yellow resistance band to use for our prop from a small black bag. Of course, after class ended, we had to clean them with antiseptic wipes. I hope we'll see more props return to class this fall season.
Here's what we've done in class today with the bands in no particular order:
2 100 Cycle (on stomach, on back) and 1 Swimming Cycle
2 Arm-Leg Poses (1x/side) and 2 Fallen Angel Poses (1x/side)
8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side) and 2 Side Body Twists (1x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Down Dog-Push-ups combos
3 Swan Neck Poses and 3 Swan Neck Rolls and 1 Child's Pose
2 1-legged Down Dogs (1x/side) and 3 Down Dogs
2 Side Planks (1x/side) and 6 Planks (3 Bent Elbow, 3 Straight Arm)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Sidekick Series with 2 Mermaids Stretches (1x/side) and 2 Double Leg Lifts
