When I was still working in China, one of my bosses is so mean when motivating her subordinates. For me, it was fine to deal with her rants at work. The only thing that I did not like it is when she blurted harsh terms. It was not acceptable so I confronted her and informed her that it is not ethical. Eventually, she never attempted to do this scene again. Besides the point, she needs to act professionally with her followers.
Is it fine to work with a boss who uses hash terms?
Did you have any problems with your current or former bosses?

That's not easy and better to leave those jobs where the boss is harsh

I really admire you for having the guts to stand up to her. I admire. I think you can teach me a thing or two. I have trouble standing up for myself.

I think we can break free from concealing what runs into our minds, especially if it is not right. I must admit that I am an introvert. But then, I tried to improve myself to be an ambivert. Because of this kind of person, I need to be strong in defending myself.

@yoalldudes I am sure you can break free from being one. I learned to fight back when being scrutinized big time by other people. My biological parents taught us to be strong enough to defend ourselves.

@Shavkat I think I am an ambivert to but I came became an introvert when I wasnt able to stand for myself during a bullying. I had reasons though because I was helpless at that time being broke and just gave birth, I was very weak to fight.

I must say my colleagues and I were competent enough with our job responsibilities. However, she thinks that it is not enough. Or, she just pushing us to do beyond the service agreement to this company, which is not a good thing to pressure the subordinates.
