Again I´m eating what I find at hand. But I find a lot. There was an eggplant in the fridge. That´s a great find. And I steamed cauliflower to eat with mayo. The eggplant, an onion cut in half and some potato peels are in the oven. The potato peels are really tiny potatoes that were part of an online service that I had not asked for. I am not fond of peeling such a small potatoes so I cut them nd I´m baking then with olive oil. It is very late. I´ll go for my lunch. See you.
