1. Wash or sanitise hands frequently. 2. Wear a suitable facemask, covering mouth & nose. 3. Keep your distance. These will all help to reduce the risk of catching the SARS-COV-2 virus. And if you get it, and you recover fully - still keep doing 1, 2 & 3, because there are many strains of the virus, which means you can catch it again. And the second time could be worse...
