I stay away from those addictive Oreo cookies -_- those are made by 2 cookies and some cream between them, but also a chocolate around the whole thing. Like a Krembo (krem is hebrew for cream, like this dried fluffy egg protein inside the hot icecream). When I write cream I mean to a sweet dried egg foam. It comes out like a mousse, but not cold. They use it in Krembo, hot icecream, and even as a sweet of its own.
