Oh, holy cow! I just went through and deleted 99% of my emails I had in my yahoo. I hadn't touched it in probably 5 years. I went through tonight and got it marked down to a much more manageable level. I had emails clear back from 2009. I kept less than 1,000 of these emails. I had some emails with pictures of my daughters when they were younger, but most of the emails were ones that I had sent myself. I'll be going through those tomorrow. I also had a lot of emails that were copies of recipes. I even found an email with a recipe for stuffed mushrooms in it. It is one of my favorite snacks. Especially around the holidays. It isn't Christmas without stuffed mushrooms. If you see this post and ask, I'll post the recipe. It's very good, but very mushroomy and Italian seasoned. I just wish I had gotten the recipe for my grandmother's sausage stuffing. If you are also sitting on a decade worth of emails, who knows what treasures you have lying in wait in your inbox. I threw all of the emails in one folder and worked through it one month at a time being very selective in what I kept.
