The movie trailer below is the true to life Story of Solomon Chau and his then Fiancee Jennifer Carter. They are saving cash for their wedding when they found out he have cancer. They started a crowdfunding so they can have their dream wedding. They got donations to afford their dream wedding. He died 2 month later. He was only 26 years old.

I use to fear for my life when I turned 30 but I realized how Lucky I am since there are people younger than me dying.
