I have been checking on some dishes my friend has cooked lately.

My friend Coral ( @TheSojourner ) has been making posts about the food she has done lately. They all look delicious. I have also done some experiments with food leftovers. I had a baked eggplant and found some tahini in the fridge so I made babaganoushe. The eggplant was a little bit too roasted but the mixture was delicious. I bought some tortillas online so I´ll make a lot of dishes wraping food in those wheat tortillas. I bet some of the sauce Coral made would be fine for them. What do you think?

@kobesbuddy I hate to waste food. That must be part of my beeing a hoarder too. Lately my girls have been taking several things from my garage for different projects they are doing.

I think you have a good idea, I know that I used to make thinly sliced chicken and stir-fried it with veggies like sweet papers, onions, and garlic and then wrapped them in tortillas

I make wraps with just about everything when I have tortillas. I often add some cheese too.

Just came from the posts of Coral and I do agree that those wheat tortillas would be great with the sauce that she made.

@TheSojourner I must remember that when you come over. Corn for you, wheat for me. Yet I love those crisp corn tortilla pieces I eat with guacamole.
