My country Kenya is celebrating a national holiday today. It is "Mashujaa day" which is translated to "Heroes day" in English. Today, we commemorate all those heroes who struggled for our country to gain independence and also all those who have contributed to the country positively even during post independence.
Even amidst the pandemic, celebrations have been set well and the President will be adressing the nation in a certain town. The pandemic has however prevented many from being physically present in the celebration grounds, only some invited people will attend. For me, I will just be watching the proceedings on the television at the comfort of my couch
.
So happy holidays to me and all Kenyans

Happy Here's Day! Watching it on TV is safe. Locally too many festivities are viral or in cars here on Oahu in Hawaii. Aloha!
