I’ve spent the afternoon watching documentaries, on Beatrix Potter, Charles Dickens, and now I’m looking for another one to watch lol, I actually mostly listen because I tend to have background noise on when I’m writing.
I think I’ll get some exercise in on my bike though, to help me get those creative juices flowing. I just have to ease my way into it, because it’s been awhile.

You mentioned about noise. Well I feel comfortable when there's a music played while I was studying before during my college days. Learning is fast if I do listen to sound of music.

@Michellekidwell That's right. It makes the thinking process so smooth in sailing. I have experienced that while I'm studying especially at night.

Documentaries are very educational! I learn something for a change. I use many different strategies when writing. Sometimes everything comes at me at one time!! I'll have a brain storm and cant keep up! Then I go into writer's block and can't think of a thing

Usually I also watch documentaries like Hot Girls Wanted or Fyre, it makes me reminisce
