Bigger Bananas

Philippines
October 24, 2020 12:13am CST
Mom bought this large bananas from a mobile vendor in our street . I think this type of bananas are called Lakatan here in the Philippines. It is so sweet and it can make you full . If you notice in the picture mom placed aluminum foil .She said it's a hack she saw on facebook. She said if you dont want bananas to spoil , wrap aluminum foil on its stalk and it will not spoil immediately. She also said she read too that some even hang their bananas like its still attached from its tree, again its a hack she saw .I do not know if there is any scientific exolanation to it but we followed and its true .

Huge bananas. U believe we call them cooking bananas. I didn't know about the foul. I got to remember it for I'm not a banana eater and like it sliced in my cereal, but like it mor just 3/4 ripe. Thanks!

@iKONICNoona How about banana bread? There's fried bananas, bananas wrapped in lumpia or banana split?
