Appreciation can lift someone's Spirit. it reminds us that we are useful, valuable and significant. and being reminded of such things makes you want to live more, breathe more, dream more. Let someone hear that "sweet as honey word" Here's another definition of Appreciation from Google: a feeling of being grateful for something. : an ability to understand the worth, quality, or importance of something : an ability to appreciate something. : full awareness or understanding of something.

I appreciate a lot of people and things but now that I am a mother, it is always my mother that I think is the most worthy of appreciation. I always think about how she raised us and now she is helping me with my toddler. :)
