Yes, that is true. I love to be in the kitchen and cook but I am really afraid of the flame. Of course I can still cook but I see to it that the fire is just slow to medium and I'm on guard for it. I do not also like the idea of using the LPG. If I were to go to school and studies culinary, I'm sure I will failed on the procedure of flaming a dish.

i wish there were more careful cooks like you than pyromaniacs. so what you're saying is you're using a gas stove (LPG) but you just keep the flame low to medium, correct?

@ZedSmart many people still use gas stoves. i think what's lesser are those that use wood and charcoal. i think those that use electric stoves are still the minority.

That is right. Most of the time, I will use that traditional gas stove. Maybe absurd and outdated but when I'm just alone and I want to cook, I will really use it.

I think it's not really ideal for home cooking but if ever I will study, I would fail on that subject. Good morning too.

I just don't know when it exactly started but when I witnessed quite a number of fire incidents in the neighboring areas and places and the cause was an unattended LPG, that creates worry to me.

I'm kinda scared too with flame. I always ask my sister to turn the stove on to start cooking and always make a distance during cooking :-)

It takes practise I guess. Don't worry, you'll master it if you continue to use it. Of course before that, your dish is going to be 'amazing', but keep on trying

Yes, I think we can all cook for ourselves and I am interested to learn more about cooking. Not as career maybe but for myself.

I am also very careful also that there should be no spilling happen when I cook because it will make the flame grow.
