Screencap I took of trying to make scanner work

I was making my bed and had gone around to the side where the bed went against the wall, happened to look down, and lo and behold there was my camera. I knew it was somewhere weird. Phew. So, for a while I'll be able to take slightly better photos of things using my camera, not my phone. There's been someting wrong with my camera for a while--the screen seems to "shake" when I try to take a picture, so I guess one day I'll have to break down and get a new one--but I still prefer a camera to taking photos on my phone. So, "Yay" for that. Before coming in to make the bed and find the camera, I called an office that I have been on hold with for about -- 10 minutes? It's about renewing my EBT/SNAP/"Food Stamp" card. I don't think that I'm going to get ahold of them today, but... Right now I just have the phone on speaker with their elevator music playing, and every few seconds the music stops and someone says, "All our agents are busy. Please hold for the next available worker." Oh, well. There's another set of papers that I have to check out that I have here on line. I'm hoping that I can figure out how to get my copier/scanner to work so I can print that out and not just read it on line. So that's what I've been doing so far today. 10:36 am: I'm about ready to give up on the phone...

We get more and more of those too "All our agents are busy. Please hold for the next available worker."

Cameras are good, phones are bad... Cameras are good, when you get them to work properly.
