Off to Monday Pilates

This morning, it was dark and cloudy outside. And it's one week early before Daylight Savings Time hits here. The weather is cooler with temps in the 40s-50s to really show that fall's really here. So we've seen the last of the summer warmth in the 60s-70s. Time to pack my flops away for another year.
It was so nice to return to water aerobics at the gym to soak my body in the heated pool water and then the sauna. And now I look forward to return to Pilates class and have a good workout. Hopefully maybe Michelle'll be there today.
