Back from Pilates

Although it was grey outside, we did have a little bit of rain. When I last checked the Weather Channel, it said 15%. It felt like 25% with a light drizzle, both ways to the gym and back home. It did feel a bit crisp in the high 40s/early 50's too. We had a decent-sized class and still no Michelle once again. And no props this time around too--back on the mat.
Here's what we did in no particular order this afternoon:
1 100 Cycle and 2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side)
2 Hamstring Stretches (1x/side) and 8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches
6 Double Leg Circles and 3 Saw Poses and 1 Child's Pose
6 Single Straight Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 4 Knee Pull-Ups (2x/side)
2 Side Planks (1x/side) and 2 Planks and 4 Planks with 4 Arm Taps (4x/side)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Sidekick Series with 2 Mermaid Stretches (1x/side) and 4 Double Leg Lifts (2x/side)
That's about it for tonight.
