have you visited youtube lately? I just found out recently that there are these youtubers that invite their audience to study with them... they will set a timer and focus... actually it promotes how to focus on their studies without being destructed, and I think it works for them... and really if you really want to focus on something you should give your time and energy solely on that thing or project. I try to copy that, I also put alarms and give myself a 10 minutes break after every hour, and I was able to regain one of my favorite things to do that I lost 3 years ago -- and that is to plan my day, I got tired of planning how my days should run! But you know what the funny thing about copying those Youtubers? I got so inspired by the that now, I always open two google chromes, and split my screen for those two chrome, one is for my personal sites and work sites, and the other chrome is running the youtube video of my favorite "study girl" Youtuber, it is like I am working with her. I really love working with focus and no destructions I am just too destructed for the last 3 years,, and I am hoping that I can be better now. Sorry about my grammar. have a great day. I just shared my day today, what about yours? How are you today? Hope you are all fine. Stay safe and healthy.
