That one annoying chore

That one darn chore

It has been a good day. Sunny but cool. Made some brownies for our neighbors, that where nice enough to give us some cookies last week because they thought they had broken one of my Halloween decorations. Did a little more clearing of the garden. Gave a couple of tarot readings. Laundry's done. Funny how we all have that one chore we avoid like the plague. Mines dusting. I can seem to find some solace in vacuuming. I love having all my mirrors clean. Thankfully, I have a dishwasher now because doing the dishes was a necessary evil, but I wouldn't let them sit. At one point I use to iron, but my husband asked me, why I was ironing our clothes. I guess because I had always ironed my clothes, but he had a point, it was a waste of time, but I sort of liked it. Still that darn dusting. Its really not that hard. I just hate that it seems like by the next day everything seems to be dirty again. What's the one chore you put off until its absolutely mandatory to do? Thanks for stopping by.

Oh, I despise ironing, my husbands clothes all need to be ironed when he goes on trips, thank God for Covid and I haven't had to do it for a while.

Funny how that it is. I used to like ironing it made me feel nostalgic, I guess. It is so time consuming though.

@DearAphrodite Yes, and some shirts have those odd places that you just can't get the wrinkles out of.

But a clean home is a healthy home. My apt home is small, so it's easy to clean. My pet peeve is curtain washing.
