Second phone call...

In the phone appointment I had today, my doctor noted that I medications and vitamins I take hadn't been updated in a while, so she said she was going to have some one else call me and take inventory of all that. The lady finally called about half an hour ago (I just got off the phone with her a few minutes ago). I was no longer taking a lot of the things she named off that they had in their records, and was taking a few other things vitamin/supplement wise that were not in their records. The first doctor that called also said something about my going on the Mediterranean diet to help with me peri-menopausal symptoms, so I asked the second lady that called (when she asked if I had any other questions) about that, and we talked a bit about that on the phone, and she said she would send a notice to my regular doctor so she could talk to me more about it, as the lady I was speaking to said she wasn't a nutritionist. So, all the phone stuff is done for the day and it's 12:10 by my computer clock, so time to go and have lunch. Hope your day/evening/etc. is going well in your part of myLot land @
