Fresh, edible mushroom

Our neighbor gave us fresh edible mushrooms .So this is what happened that day. My younger brother is an automotive mechanic. They called for my brothers help because they want my brother to check on something related to their car. My brother went to their house , just two houses away from our house. , when they're done our neighbor is paying my brother but e refused and said it was just okay we are neighbors but our neighbor insisted to give us something in return .Our neighbor gave edible mushrooms fresh from their planting plots. Just to show how thankful they are that my brother helped them.My brother thanked then too and went home. My mom was surprised to see fresh mushrooms.And she took a picture of it.

You can slice them in thin strips then sautee in butter,

@florelway I think they have a large plant beds is that what its called or plots where they plant mushrooms. They use it for their food business here in our street.

@florelway Yes we did that its delicious .We tried frying it with breading too it was very crunchy and delicious .

@rakski Yes our neighbors here are very nice .They have a food business using these edible mushrooms.They sell burger wit mushroom, dried mushrooms like chips for snacks and more food.

@jdbces That family is so kind too even with other neighbors in the area .My brother is a new graduate in automechanic course and he is enjoying helping others with their car because he said he takes it as experience too.

That's a nice neighborly gesture. And I am sure fresh ones directly from planting pots are extra delicious. They look too pretty too

@iKONICNoona I never tried uncooked mushroom and have no idea if they can be taken raw.

@arunima25 Yes you are right.Its very fresh and the smell is so good too .I am not sure if we can eat them raw.But the owner told us to cook it and we did .No regrets its delicious.

@ZedSmart Yes its very delicious if you add it on any dish specially dishes with soup .It makes the soup sweet and flavorful. The mushroom itself tastes like meat .

@Cheyee I am not very sure of the type of mushroom but yes our neighbor taught us how to cook the mushroom and what dishes we can add them .We tried frying it a little with butter it tastes good .

@hereandthere My sister added it on our dish that day for lunch .She made adobo with mushrooms. It tastes good .And just yesterday there are some left we fried it with breadings its delicious and crunchy too. Now , none was left hahaha
