Artichoke and corn salad for dinner.

I am eating all sorts of salads during this warm day. I had bought 4 artichokes and today I´ll eat 2 of them. I will also make a corn salad with tender corn kernels. This will be part of my snacks while I watch TV. All that, if I can do it. Sometimes I feel that I´d better wait a couple of days as other people are doing. Theesse are my first artichokes in some time. I am very happy with them.

I am so ignorant of the taste of artichokes. I only heard it that they can be mixed with a salad.
