It wasn’t easy. When Little Miss came out, not so much for me, but for her because she has found herself becoming a target. To be sure her choice is not my choice, but no way was I going to stop loving her. In my eyes you don’t just stop caring for a loved one because they aren’t living their life the way they would.
Actually I knew before she even found the courage to tell me, and I told her that, but I wanted her to tell me on her terms.

I will support her, I don’t agree with her choices but I’m not going to kick her out of my life, that is the most ridiculous thing I have heard!

@Michellekidwell That’s the spirit. My hairdresser was disowned by his family and ran away to NYC when he was only 16. Years later, they accepted him back. They made a huge mistake at first.

@DianneN I honestly don’t see the point of disowning her, and being told to do that just makes me mad, she’s only eleven, almost twelve and honestly she’s gone through a lot in her short life, why would I take a stable place from her?

This must be incredibly hard for her at her age. I wish her strength and courage.
