There is a myth in my country, you could guess the baby's gender based on the shape of the pregnancy. If it's round it So true. We can guide them. But they need to have their own opinion. Show them what's the right thing, teach them morality. You do the right thing. be a girl, and if it's a little bit sharp, it would be a boy. I don't even know what round and sharp mean. But so far my mom guessed all my baby's gender right. Does your country has any myth related to pregnancy? Tell me...

yes, I think the same here. But they were wrong about my firstborn's gender. They all tell me it is a boy because it a bit pointed or maybe that is 'sharp. When you look at me from the back, you would not know I am pregnant. And my firstborn did not show the gender until I was 9 months and a week before the due date. My firstborn is a girl.

I think we're almost the same regarding the myths. But I don't know whether I do believe it for sure. Even scan result can be wrong. My friend gave birth to a healthy boy after believing she's carrying a girl. She even named the fetus. Imagine how surprised she and her husband was.

People can guess, but in the end it's up to God.

At least I am not aware of this myth. Even during my wife's pregnancy most of the relatives were saying shape is normal. And, I was really blushed and use to nod! But, if there was any meaning behind it, I am not aware.

My mother was always right when she looked at me and all my pregnant friends. She thought that it would be a boy if the woman carried in front and a girl if a woman gained weight in her behind.
