Headache

We’re having a pretty drastic weather change we’re goi g from the 80’s and 90’s to finally cooling down to the fifties and sixties and though I’m grateful for the change in the weather, it always brings on headaches.
Thankfully I have my Excederin, and am ready in that way.
Other than a headache though the day is just one of relaxation, and writing!

I sure hope you get rid of that headache. We have also temps up and down and very cool at night, My anxiety picked up and now I am using my all-purpose saver Valerian root drops and I seem to be better tonight. I think this also came about with the weather somehow because there was nothing for me to worry about

When the cool weather came, I felt a lot better since during the blackout period from Hurricane Laura, the heat coming inside the home was like living in a furnace.
Colder weather is a welcome relief.

Sorry that you are having headaches with the weather changing. Our temp's are suppose to be going back up a bit by the weekend. I just want it to stay cool now, not this up and down stuff. We have had several days of sunshine which has been a wonderful welcome. But we are watching the tropics and Eta to see where she goes. Looking like it will go up the west side of Florida which means we will have rains by next week from her.
