Knocking the door while you are sleeping?

How do you react if you are sleeping and someone will knock the door?
We have a guess here,brother of my mil and brother in-law family.
But what i don't like is the old man here,
He will waked up my brother in-law wife to make his tea.
The other day he said to my husband to tell your wife to make tea for me,but my husband didn't waked me up because he knows i am sleeping so he make for his uncle.
My concern is if you know people are sleeping,you should wait till they will waked up isn't?

maybe he doesn't know his way around the kitchen, or afraid he might break something or scald himself with hot water.
however, even if that's the case, he should be considerate and ask help from whomever is awake.

Well, he will be sorry if it's an emergency for he won't be awakened when he's asleep.
