Writing Update

So I brought up all my works in progress on my computer and just started writing on one randomly. I added to that blumhouse story I started and shared here in October. I'm still not sure if it will lead to anywhere but so far, I have a beginning so that works. I even added to Through Damon's eyes. The look at the Village Leader in Wolf's End before he became a nut job. That's another mystery that might lead somewhere, it may not but so far it's no horrible. I've been thinking of putting these up on Wattpad to see if there's any interest in them but then I think I don't really have enough. I'm not sure what I'll do yet but they're on my computer so at least they aren't going anywhere. I'm leaning toward the Wattpad posting. *picture from google

That's awesome! I hope your stories lead somewhere. Anyway, your post and that quote got me thinking... I've never thought of myself as anything creative. I tend to write long, but I never write to create. I'm more... analytic. But now I wonder... Maybe one of the reasons why I never ventured into creative writing is because I have this idea that a story must be complete in my head before I start writing. And then I think of those stories I love that are so complex... several series of books... and I just know it is impossible for me to come up with a complete, complex story like those ever. But what was I thinking? Of course, that's impossible. Well, maybe there are a few people with incredible minds who can do that... But for the most part, people likely just start somewhere and go from there. An idea that evolves... Surely, writers edit a million times before the finished book. Maybe? I don't really know. But I just never start because I know... or fear(?) or assume that it will never go anywhere... But why would I be afraid of that? Lol! My life IS a whole bunch of unfinished things. Haha! Maybe I should add stories to that. Ah. Apologies for the rambling.

You know way more things about technology than I do.

I'm so-so with technology. My writing is saved on Scrivener. I used to use Microsoft Word and I still have it but I like Scrivener lol. Wattpad helps spread it though
