Brand new kitchen

Every house around our house are already brand new. We are the one left living still in an old house built in 1950. It's an old big house. We just painted it put grills on the windows. We also install Aircon in the living room. We are not yet that rich to have a brand new house. I'm happy today we renovate the kitchen. My brother bought a gas range and he wants the kitchen to upgrade. We put tiles and replace the wooden walls with cemented walls. At least there's a part of our house that is brand new

I bet your house is a beautiful one despite of being the oldest in the neighborhood. When feeling like your house isn't the best one, think of those people who do not own one and have to rent all the time.

You are right that's what I do. If I'm not happy with my house I think of many homeless people. We don't also pay rent

@averygirl72 good wood is hard to get these day. I think you are lucky. Imagine if you need to build that house these day. You need to be very rich.

That's a good option and slowly you can renovate other things that needs repair
