Are you using methi tops (greens) or methi seed (two VERY different things!)? I assume that you are using methi greens (so that your dish is something like a saag aloo), though I often use a little methi powder in my mashed potato and find that most people want more, even though they can't identify what it is about my mashed potato which makes it to'moreish'!

@Butterfingers We are lucky enough to have an Indian store in the village I live in which often has green methi tops. I have never bought any, however, because it's always rather wilted and not fresh-looking. I think that I have eaten it once or twice when served as part of an Indian dish (we also have two Indian restaurants in the village! - well, I should really say Pakistani or Bangladeshi, because I know that the proprietors of both are Muslim and come from one of those countries).
We can grow methi here and it is sometimes grown by people as a green manure (to be dug in before it flowers and seeds). I am not a gardener, however, and I've never tried growing it. Perhaps I shall try it in a pot next spring!

Yes it was methi Green. I'm not much of a fan of methi seeds but they are very good too and are used in some of the dishes and pickles too. Although am fan of dry fenugreek or methi too because we can add these on most of the dishes and also in wheat bread

I have not watched any Bollywood movies lately. The Korean dramas take up a lot of time. But I found a site that shows old Bollywood movies, free online streaming.

@Butterfingers - Not recently because there are so many I find it very hard to choose. Netflix has a lot and I can find a lot at the free online streaming sites. I don't know many of the stars from the older movies. I know Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and actors and actresses from their generation. Movies made before their time I don't know exactly which ones to choose. I know Amitabh Bachchan has been around for a long time. But I don't know many of the Bollywood stars from his generation when he was young. Tubi has lots of old Indian movies but I don't know which one to pick.
