Back from the gym

This evening was lovely to walk to the gym with pleasant weather one last time before it gets cooler and later turn to winter. We had a decent-sized class this afternoon for our mat routine. And yes, no Michelle once again.
Here's what we did today in no particular order:
2 100 Cycles (on stomach, on back) and 1 Swimming Cycle
2 Lounges (1x/side) and 8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches
2 Bow Poses and 3 Low Saw Poses and 3 Child's Poses
6 Single Straight Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 4 Peel-ups
4 Planks with Bent Elbow-Straight Arm Combo and 3 Fly Poses
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Sidekick Series with 2 Mermaid Stretches (1x/side) and 3 Rolls Like a Ball
That's about it for tonight.

Sounds like you did a good work out. I should probably fit one in today. Hopefully the weather better where you are and it won't get to cold too soon.
