Getting Colder - Small Snow Fall

It is getting colder here and we had a very short and small snow fall the other day. Did not last long and turned to rain pretty quick. Been prepping my home to open my daycare in the new year. I will be calling it Secret Garden Childcare. I have still not told my previous employer that I'm not coming back. I am scared, LoL. I hate letting people down. I have to do what is right for me though. How are you all doing? Take care. (Photo belongs to me. It is of me and my son.)
